They start out with "Milk Cow Blues", then do the Batman theme, then "Tired of Waiting", then back to "Milk Cow Blues". It was released on the LP Live at Kelvin Hall. Liverpool poet Adrian Henri [10] and his band Liverpool Scene did a skit of the theme in the late 60s using Henri's poem Batpoem.

Yes, Milk Cow Blues is designed as a star-studded duets album, which is apparently the only way major labels think a new album from a veteran superstar can seem like an "event," since it will attract press attention and curiosity from fans.5/

Unlike the Who, the Kinks were already very famous by the time they recorded their /68 live album, Live at Kelvin Hall (famous enough to be able to release a live album, at least), so it was a bit odder to hear them do a cover of the Batman theme song, but sure enough, they worked it into a medley of "Milk Cow Blues" and "Tired of Waiting for You.".
